Our mission is to design, develop and manufacture high technology RF/microwave components, modules and sub-systems that can be used in the products and platforms of our domestic and international customers operating in areas requiring high technology, especially in the defense and aerospace sectors.

Our vision is to follow the current advanced technology in the aviation and defense industry, to provide competitive products and services to our customers on time, with a balance of cost, quality and performance, in line with the principles of locality and nationality, to ensure continuity in customer satisfaction and to be a preferred engineering company specialized in its fields of activity.
Quality Policy
Microina was founded in Ankara on January 13, 2022, with an experienced engineering team, infrastructure, and a vision to design and develop high-quality products in the RF/Microwave field.
Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality RF/Microwave products tailored to their electrical and environmental requirements. We aim to develop both custom and COTS RF/Microwave products.
Our company utilizes its expertise to provide fast and high-quality solutions to the needs of our domestic and international customers, primarily in the defense industry. At Microina;
